#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck BRANDNEW FIELD GOOD CAFE is another Chiang Mai coffee shop with a concept of being close to nature. Located on the outskirts of Chiang Mai in Hang Dong District, this small cafe has transformed a rice paddy into a unique cafe in the middle of a field. A woven bamboo bridge, or "Hom Hug Bridge," connects the cafe to the village, ensuring the original rice paddy area isn't destroyed. From Chiang Mai city, we started our journey at Wat Suan Dok. From our starting point to the cafe, it took about 25 minutes. Since it was a holiday, the Hang Dong-Samoeng road was quite congested. We arrived at our destination via Google Maps, which took us around the back of the temple. LOL. If you're heading to the cafe, if you see Wat Aranyawas and the parking lot, you've arrived. You can park in the temple parking lot, as the road to the cafe isn't accessible! Hom Hug Bridge isn't a straight path. It winds around. I think it was built to follow the embankment built along the small rice paddy canal. Midway through, you'll see a sign for the Hom Hug Bridge, decorated with floral-patterned zinc trays, just like the ones your grandmother used when you were a child. Tourists stop to take photos. Then you reach the shop. In front of the shop, a tall, illuminated canopy stands out. I imagine it would be beautiful at night with the lights on. The shop is divided into two buildings. The first building is a two-story building with dining areas on both levels, with both air-conditioned rooms and a balcony where you can enjoy the natural breeze. The other building is a single-story glass building. This building houses a coffee shop, cakes, and drinks. You can also order and pay for food here.

We started from Bangkok Aphiwat Railway Station to Chiang Mai by third-class train. Arrived in Chiang Mai: Day 1: We went to Chang Phueak Bus Terminal, bought a bus ticket to Mae Taman, and then took the 4W to Huai Ku Kap Village. The village had a wonderful atmosphere, with mist flowing all day long. The tribal food was delicious, and it was a truly relaxing experience. Day 2: We woke up early to watch the sunrise (but didn't see it 😂). The fog was incredibly thick and beautiful. While waiting to return to the city, we took some fun photos. When it was time, the owner of the accommodation arranged a car to take us to the Mae Taeng bus station to get into Chiang Mai. Once we arrived in the city, we looked for a rental car for easy access (if you don't know how to ride a bike, you can call a Grab driver). We got our bike and checked in at the hotel, then headed to Wat Inthawas. However, it was raining heavily and we didn't arrive until almost 6 PM. We rented a photo outfit, then came back to grab some food and rested. Day 3: We had breakfast, checked out, explored the city, rode around, and waited for the bike to be returned. Then, we traveled back to Bangkok by third-class train. I stayed at Flora Creek Chiang Mai and was very impressed. Upon entering, it felt like stepping into another world. The hotel, which is nearly 40 years old, is surrounded by an abundance of magnificent trees. There's even a natural waterfall and stream running through the property. Despite its age, the rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed. My room had a stream flowing right behind it, and sitting on the balcony was an incredibly relaxing experience. However, since it's a large hotel, I recommend allowing extra time when ordering food or drinks to your room or the pool to avoid getting hungry while waiting. Another unusual thing to note is that the hotel participates in the "Half-Half" government subsidy program, but the 500-baht coupon for food expenses from the program cannot be used here. The reception staff informed me that it must be used elsewhere.

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck The last time I took my mother and wife to visit Wat Intharawat, also known as Wat Ton Kaew, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai, the atmosphere was full of peace and quiet, shaded by ancient jujube trees, creating a complete ancient Lanna architecture. It was amazing, especially the beautifully carved teak church. Just looking at it, you could tell that there was a hidden faith in the carvings.  Highlights that impressed me: • When walking into the church to worship and ask for blessings, I immediately felt a sense of relaxation and reverence. Both my mother and wife prayed and arranged the altar with flowers and incense with determination. • After that, we walked around the Chaturamuk Pavilion and the Mural Temple, which firmly preserve the Lanna identity.  We took photos at almost every corner! The best thing was that there weren't many people coming in and out because the temple didn't have any monks living there, so we got beautiful photos, both wide angles that captured the church and garden, or focused on the details of the teak wood and the base of the Buddha statue. The photos came out looking warm and went well with the family frame. Overall atmosphere: Shaded and cool from the shadows of large trees, suitable for relaxing the mind and talking about family while walking around the temple. In addition to being a religious tourist attraction The temple is also a place to study Lanna history. Learn about being a resting point for the Phra That Sri Chom Thong procession.  Transportation and facilities: Not far from Chiang Mai city center, about 15-20 minutes drive from Suan Luang area. There is enough parking space.
