🍽️【Actual Experience】
The aroma of charcoal fire washes over you upon entering the restaurant. The clean and comfortable environment is free of the usual smoky fumes of BBQ restaurants, creating a quiet yet lively atmosphere.
We ordered 300g each of ribs (갈비살) and rib-eye (꽃등심). The staff expertly set the charcoal on the stove, and the owner personally grilled the meat for us! Each piece of meat was meticulously cut and flipped, cooked to perfection.
🌟 The ribs were tender yet chewy, with finely distributed marbling and bursting with juiciness!
🌟 The ribeye was even more fragrant, with a slightly crispy edge. The juices burst in your mouth as you chewed, making it incredibly satisfying!
Served with lettuce, garlic slices, nori, and Korean rice, and topped with a drizzle of sesame oil or salt, the flavors instantly take on a whole new level. The most surprising dish was the raw beef salad: cold and tender, with a slightly sweet sesame oil aroma, and absolutely no fishy flavor at all. A must-try!
To finish, we ordered a bowl of soybean paste soup with tofu, clams, and onions. The broth was rich and had just the right finish, leaving us feeling incredibly satisfied.
