Convenient transportation😋 The hotel has an elevator directly to Premium Outlets, which is about 1-2 minutes away. However, note that the elevator is open from approximately 8am to 8pm. After putting down our luggage, we went to the coffee shop of "木の花の汤" to relax. At Hotel Clad, you don’t need to bring a wallet, whether in a coffee shop or a restaurant, you can pay with your room card and check out at the end to pay the bill at once. Hot spring enjoyment🌟 Guests can use the hotel’s own source hot spring, Kino no Hana no Yu, and can take a bath directly through the aisle while wearing a bathrobe. The soaking in the hot spring for guests is quite long, from 6 am to 11 pm. Originally from Paris, this highly popular cafe re-creates the atmosphere of the Paris main store, reminiscent of a ladies' ballroom, and offers authentic French dishes created using local French recipes. Booked an hour private room outdoor onsen in Hotel Clad. Cost is 70k Yen per hour. Have to make reservations as the private onsens rooms are limited. You dont have to be hotel guests to use the onsen. The room is spacious and clean. There is a dining area in the room, so you can order food to have it there after the hot bath. Went at night, is so dark that I can't see any view. Hope to go back again and dip in the onsen during the daytime! You can visit the information center to scan the QR to download some disocunt coupons for tourists. There are quite a number of restaurants around there. Don't have to worry if you feel hungry after shopping. The prices are affordable too! Kids won't get bored too, as there are rides for them to play. #spamagic The Private Onsen at Hotel Clad is an amazing experience. I was able to select which room I wanted and booked the room for an hour. The room was for 2 persons and had a nice sitting area tatami-style, and the private Onsen was outdoors complete with a shower area next to it. The room was relatively new, clean and cozy. Highly recommend reservations as on a clear day, one might be even able to catch unblocked views of Mt Fuji! I will be back! 🙌🏻

It also has an Onsen spa in the same building. On a clear day, one can even catch the complete view of Mt Fuji from certain Mt Fuji view rooms. #2023travelwish A great place to come if you enjoy shopping, very large with lots of shops. Some places have great deals. It separate into 3 main zone. Hill side, east and west zone. I purchased winter wear and some clothing at a great price. Lots of stores from affordable to premium. Somehow limited restaurants options. A promised Mount Fuji View throughout the stay! The hotel has its own Onsen(Public Bath), it’s only open for hotel guests 6-9am and 1030hr onwards it’s open to public guests. Hotel check in is relatively fast! TIPS: If you are planning on a Hakone 2-3days tour, Travel lite, ie. No big luggages as the buses in hakone generally do not have much space for big luggages, and trekking around can be a hassle with your luggage. A sizable backpack plus a little pouch will be great! I made the Hotel my last destination of my day1, clearing the south route of the Hakone Pass recommendation plus Viking cruise ride! Ended in Gotemba Premium Outlet in the evening, have dinner and shopping! (Of cos since it’s 10mins walk from the hotel ) You can choose to head to hotel to check in and then head down to Gotemba Premium outlet if you wish to skip the crowd at Check-In especially if you are going to check in at the hotel after the premium outlet close. The hotel is crazy! it has a split gender onsen with several pool to choose from, with an Open air outdoor onsen facing Mt Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets are Japan's most popular outlet mall located in Gotemba City at the base of Mounth Fuji not far from Hakone.The mall features around 300 stores and restaurants, a food court, a 50 meter high Ferris wheel, a hotel and a public onsen(hot spring) The stores found at the Premium Outlets are the outlets of internationally known brands of fashion, sports, food, household goods and electronics, and range from everyday items to luxury goods. The prices are not ridiculously cheap, but they are better on average than what you will find at regular retail shops in Japan.
