Citrus Bounty: Pick Your Vitamin C Boost
#winhkflight
After the arriving at the farm in the morning. The farmer began by passionately explaining the motivations behind creating the farm.
We then watched an ecological documentary video showcasing the diverse wildlife inhabiting the area, including monkeys, wild boars, crab-eating mongooses, deer, and leopard cats, among others. The farmer also demonstrated exceptional care in protecting endangered leopard cats. ❤️
Afterward, we had the opportunity to savor a wide selection of oranges and tried their hibiscus tea. Everyone raved about the navel oranges for their juicy, refreshing taste and abundance of Vitamin C. 🍊🍊

Dongshi Hakka Cultural Park: A Cultural Journey into Hakka Life
Located in Dongshi District, Taichung City, the Dongshi Hakka Cultural Park is an excellent place to learn about Hakka culture. The park's Hakka Cultural Exhibition Hall showcases the rich wisdom and historical memories of Hakka life through four main themes: food, clothing, housing, and transportation. On weekends, the outdoor plaza transforms into a lively market featuring local specialty products. Visit Taichung Cotton Castle and Taichung Hakka Story House
#MarchGoodPlaces2025
The new secret spot in Taichung, "Wushikeng Little Cotton Castle", has become very popular recently. It is located next to the Wushi Branch of Ziyou Elementary School in Heping District, Taichung City. It is also the most popular check-in spot~You can see Pamukkale without flying to Türkiye.
Known as Taichung's Little Cotton Castle, it is actually just a special-shaped sand dam (fish ladder) that tests your photography angle and skills. Maybe it was because it felt like a pseudo trip abroad, everyone had a lot of fun taking photos.
The Taichung Hakka Story House, formerly the former dormitory complex of Dongshi Public School, is a century-old Japanese-style building that is also a historical witness to the education and development of the Dongshi area. The Taichung City Government has now restored the three buildings with four units that are currently preserved, and has planned cultural salon lectures, grass-roots music markets, in-depth exhibitions and other art and cultural activities to deepen the art and cultural feast.
On the way back, we had some snacks in Dongshi to make the day trip a perfect end.
