| A Homestay Under the Rainbow. I spent three blissful days at Xiyan Lake Hidden Among Pines Homestay, where the view outside my window left me speechless every single day! Waking up to golden sunrise🌅 slowly rising over Dongjiang Lake, painting the entire room in orange soda hues; watching the moon climb up pine branches🎑 at dusk, its shimmering reflection dancing on the lake surface. But the most magical moment? A post-rain afternoon when a rainbow🌈 arched perfectly across the opposite lakeshore, as if adding a dreamy filter to this landscape painting! Every corner of this homestay delights! The floor-to-ceiling window teahouse in my room became my afternoon sanctuary, where I'd gaze at drifting clouds with tea snacks. The ground-floor restaurant serves Dongjiang fish so fresh it'll make your eyebrows jump! Before leaving, I even scored some peaches gifted by the homestay - freshly picked from the kitchen auntie's orchard, crisp and sweet as morning dew!
