We were planning to visit Zigong Fantawild Dinosaur Park and saw that this hotel had a promotion: 299 for a king room, 399 for a parent-child room, including breakfast. Fantawild opens at 10 AM, so staying nearby allows you to sleep in a bit. You can get ready and go down for breakfast after 9 AM, then head to the park without having to wake up early. It’s really convenient. If you visit the park first and then stay at the hotel, the short distance will make you feel very happy after a tiring day, as you’ll just want to lie down. Breakfast Children over 1.4 meters tall need to pay extra for breakfast unless it’s already included in the hotel package. I’m not sure how strict they are about the height requirement. Children under 1.4 meters can eat with adults. The breakfast is quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options in a buffet style. I must praise their soy milk because they offer Fushun tofu pudding, so the soy milk is not made from powder but is a byproduct of making tofu pudding. It reminds me of the taste of my grandmother’s homemade tofu pudding. Highly recommended. The hotel offers a 10 yuan discount on Fantawild tickets if purchased the day before entering the park. The hotel staff has a good attitude. We checked out in the morning and could leave our luggage at the hotel for free. After playing, we just drove off, which was very convenient. Mom’s Ramblings Actually, if this parent-child hotel had a play area with slides and other children’s facilities, it would be even better. They only have some tabletop toys and building blocks, so kids might get bored in the hotel.
