Staff are consistently friendly, greeting guests warmly, and room service is swift. While there's no food-delivery robot, staff will bring your takeout to your room (my friend and I couldn't resist ordering four deliveries—thank you for your hard work!). Facilities 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Opened in 2018, the hotel is so well-maintained it feels newly opened. Standard rooms, though 45 sqm, feel more spacious. The standalone bathroom features a sunken tub by floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for evening soaks (though the large mirror facing the tub might make photos awkward). Missed the gym and pool this time, but the outdoor infinity pool reportedly faces the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
