We tried their signature set meal, which includes a whole chicken and oysters in a broth that's sweet, rich, and bursting with flavor! They also offer over a dozen seasonings for guests to customize. We also ordered rice noodle sausage, winter melon, and a tofu and fish belly casserole. The rice noodle sausage was chewy, the winter melon was sweet, and the fish belly casserole was incredibly tender and flavorful. Each dish was truly amazing. The hot pot broth simmered with flavor, and paired with the fresh ingredients, it was incredibly satisfying. Not only are the ingredients here high-quality, but the service is also very thoughtful. No wonder the seats are always packed. It is definitely a must-visit place for hot pot lovers!
