Romantic Beach Comfort Resort

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The front desk staff quickly arranged to decorate our room, completing the setup in about 15 minutes. Heidi, the housekeeper, promptly informed us that the room was ready. The swan balloons and flower petals were stunning and exactly to our liking. While waiting, we asked Heidi about dinner reservations and pricing for the buffet, and she responded swiftly. We stayed in a room with a private hot tub and requested Heidi to clean it again. She thoughtfully asked if we needed it cleaned before preparing the tub with enough water so we could use it immediately upon returning. Her attentiveness and care were truly heartwarming. Heidi was friendly, polite, and welcoming, making us feel like we were visiting an old friend rather than staying at a hotel for the first time. She also arranged a photo session for us, and we were very satisfied with the results. We deeply appreciate her patience in addressing our questions and handling all the arrangements. We also want to commend the photographer, "Xiao Ming." He was incredibly professional and efficient, guiding us to various photo spots and helping us pose in different ways. In just about 20 minutes, he captured stunning photos that exceeded our expectations. His photography skills were so impressive that we wanted to keep every single photo, as each one was beautifully taken and hard to choose from. Xiao Ming's friendly demeanor and sincere communication made the entire photo session comfortable, enjoyable, and fun. He was like a tour guide, introducing each photo spot and giving us confidence that the pictures would turn out amazing. The final results were beyond our imagination, and we are grateful to Xiao Ming for providing us with such a delightful anniversary keepsake. The hotel environment was very comfortable, with beautiful views that made us feel relaxed. The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the pillows had just the right softness. Having four pillows on the bed was a great touch. The evening bar featured two singers whose performances were outstanding, making us feel like we were at a concert. It was unexpected to have such high-quality live music, paired with the romantic nighttime atmosphere. We will definitely visit the hotel again and recommend it to family and friends. However, it would be perfect if the massage pool in the swimming area could be repaired and fully operational, as its absence slightly diminished the experience.
