We arrived at Dong'ao Island in the Lingding Ocean

Have you ever heard of the Lingding Ocean, the sea area south of Zhuhai? There are countless small islands on the sea, called the Wanshan Archipelago. These islands make up the Wanshan District of Zhuhai City. I heard that the district government, schools, and hospitals are on Wanshan Town Island. You can take a boat from Xiangzhou Port to several islands, including Guishan Island, Wai Lingding Island, and Dong'ao Island, which we visited. The main reason we wanted to visit was that we thought it would be interesting to see what an administrative district made up of islands looks like. There was a battle in the Wanshan Archipelago in 1950. The Dong'ao Island we visited had a beacon tower built during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, as well as the first generation of customs. Walking along the island, you can see the clear sea water and countless strange rocks. Stay overnight to slow down time and enjoy freshly made seafood and stir-fried dishes at the pier. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious during the Chinese New Year, making it worth a visit.
