Every time my friends from out of town visit Zhuhai, they ask me about the local food, and I always recommend the sauna chicken and fish head with gastrodia from this place. This restaurant has been serving sauna chicken and fish head with gastrodia in Zhuhai for 27 years, and the taste is top-notch. I was playing at the Jida Seaside Swimming Pool with my friends on the weekend and found out that they had opened a new branch here. It's great, now when I come to play at the City Balcony with my friends, I can enjoy the food here. Their soup base is really good, and there are eight kinds to choose from. This time we chose the Poria soup base. Before steaming the dishes, each person had a bowl of soup first. My friends all said it was delicious, and the aroma of Poria was perfectly blended into the soup. The crispy chicken, boneless eel, and oysters in the dishes were all highly praised by everyone. The chicken was crispy, the seafood was fresh, and the dishes were really good! Their clay pot rice with preserved meat is also delicious, and it's no worse than the restaurants that specialize in clay pot rice. It's always one of my must-order dishes.
