Zhuhai Chimelong Spaceship Hotel 3 Days 2 Nights Off-Peak Travel Tips

At the end of the summer vacation, I brought my two kids to Zhuhai Chimelong. Although it's not peak season, there are still quite a few people. I checked a lot of guides and combined them with my own trial and error to summarize some useful tips. There are many hotels near Chimelong. We booked the Spaceship Hotel, and it took about half an hour to check in at 1 PM. 🌈 Scenic Features: Chimelong Circus Show is a must-see, it's amazing! The package we bought included regular seats for the circus. Based on the content and effects, I recommend upgrading your seats. First-class seats cost an extra 100 yuan per person, and Golden VIP seats cost an extra 200 yuan per person, which allows you to be closer to the stage. If you don't upgrade, I suggest choosing the front rows of the blue area if possible, as clowns and floats often pass through the aisles, interacting by throwing balloons and toys, which kids will find very interesting. We sat in the front row and felt a bit distant when looking back. Other attractions vary for everyone, so I won't make specific recommendations. Instead, I'll focus on how we avoided the crowds. 🏝️ Route Recommendation: On the first day, after checking in, we ordered takeout, as there are many good places to eat nearby. After eating, we took the shuttle bus to the main entrance of the Spaceship Park next door. We first explored the combination of science and play, as there weren't many people. We walked and played our way back to the hotel, which is connected. We then took the shuttle bus to watch the 5 PM Chimelong Circus. After the show, we had dinner at the hotel food court and watched the fireworks from the third-floor platform at 8 PM. On the second and third days, we went to the Deep Sea Park area of the Spaceship Park directly from the first floor of the hotel at 9 AM. This way, we could enjoy most of the attractions without queuing for an hour. We played until noon, then went back to the hotel to rest. In the afternoon, we went to the infinity pool, avoiding the evening rush. We went to the Ocean Kingdom at 6 PM on the second day and 4 PM on the third day, staying until the fireworks show ended before returning to the hotel. For kids under 10, two afternoons of playing and watching shows are enough, and it avoids the peak crowds and high temperatures. 💗 Other Tips: There are many takeout options nearby, and they all taste good. Takeout is not allowed in the play area, but you can bring snacks. If possible, bring card raincoats, not only for the rides but also for the water play areas.
