The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (Zhuhai Highway Port) is located on the artificial island of the Zhuhai-Macao Port on the south side of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong. It is a bridge and tunnel project within China that connects Hong Kong, Zhuhai in Guangdong, and Macao, serving as the southern section of the Pearl River Delta regional ring expressway. It is world-renowned for its massive scale of construction, unprecedented construction difficulty, and top-notch building technology, and is hailed as 'one of the seven modern wonders of the world.' The construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge commenced on December 15, 2009, and the main project was fully connected on July 7, 2017. It starts from the artificial island of the Hong Kong Port near Hong Kong International Airport, stretches westward across the Lingdingyang waters of the South China Sea to the artificial islands of Zhuhai and Macao, and ends at the Hongwan Interchange in Zhuhai. The total length of the bridge and tunnel is 55 kilometers, with the main bridge being 29.6 kilometers long, and the section from the Hong Kong Port to the Zhuhai-Macao Port being 41.6 kilometers.
