An Alternative Surprise Trip to Zhongshan

I often hear people say that Zhongshan is always crowded with tourists, but having visited it myself, I must loudly refute: 'It's not that crowded!' Driving my car, I embarked on a journey to explore the hidden gems of Zhongshan. My girlfriend prefers tranquility and dislikes being in crowded places, so we decided to take a different path and completely avoid the popular urban attractions, choosing instead to go off the beaten track. Even though it was a Saturday, the places we visited seemed like forgotten corners, exceptionally quiet. In this secluded village, we unexpectedly encountered a giant Snoopy, charming everyone with its cuteness, standing there like a guardian spirit of the village. My girlfriend was instantly captivated, taking photos from various angles to capture this whimsical moment. The village's coffee shop also held surprises; the owner was warm and hospitable, not only serving aromatic coffee but also generously gifting us two handcrafted keychains with the coffee shop's logo, a delightful little souvenir from this trip. Strolling through the village, every step revealed a picturesque scene. The old walls, winding alleys, and vine-covered eaves all made for perfect photo spots. As evening approached, we realized that the famous Ai Qun was nearby, but unfortunately, the shop was already closed when we arrived in the afternoon. However, we didn't feel regretful; instead, it left us with something to look forward to. I smiled at my girlfriend and said, 'Next time, we'll come specifically for morning tea and not miss this gem.' Zhongshan, I thought I knew you well, but this visit revealed your hidden charming corners, leaving me with endless fond memories.
