Strolling through the park, buildings of different styles stand in perfect harmony, each bearing the marks of time, making you feel as if you are immersed in the long river of history. In the numerous theaters, I was deeply moved. "Train Station Theater," set against the backdrop of the Great Famine of Henan in 1942, vividly portrays the strength and resilience of our ancestors in the face of hardship. When I saw the characters in the play struggling for a mouthful of food and willing to sacrifice themselves for the survival of others, my eyes welled up. Their persistence in the face of adversity and their selflessness towards others deeply touched me. The story of "Li Family Village Theater" is equally captivating, recounting the story of the villagers supporting each other and tenaciously striving for survival during the famine. The joys and sorrows of the characters, their attachment to the land, and their yearning for survival gave me a deeper respect for the people of this land. "Magic City Theater" is like a cultural feast through time and space. There, thousands of years of history unfold before your eyes, from ancient legends to the splendid culture of the Tang and Song dynasties, from the poems and songs of scholars to the everyday lives of ordinary people. Every scene is mesmerizing. Amidst the interplay of light and shadow, I felt as if I was conversing with the people of Henan throughout history, experiencing their wisdom and emotions. Stepping out of the theater, the display of traditional crafts in the intangible cultural heritage street allowed me to appreciate the profoundness of Henan culture. From Zhuxianzhen woodblock New Year pictures to Luoshan shadow puppets, each intangible cultural heritage embodies the dedication and spirit of inheritance of the artisans. Watching their focused expressions, I sincerely hope that these precious cultural heritages will be passed down forever. This trip to "Only Henan" was not only a feast for the eyes and ears but also a baptism for the soul. It gave me a new understanding of Henan and made me cherish the beautiful life I have now. In the future, I will definitely come back and experience this unique cultural charm again.
