Jingshan, located in Zhenjiang City, was originally an island in the Yangtze River. Because the Tang Dynasty monk Fahai repaired the temple and dug up gold to report to the emperor, it was named Jingshan. And Jingshan Temple was founded in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and it has been more than 1,600 years. It was named "Jiangtian Zen Temple" by Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, but later generations still like to call it Jingshan Temple. Jingshan Temple is the birthplace of the Shuilu Dojo, known as the ancestral court. The Jingshan Temple in the Qing Dynasty, together with Putuo Temple, Wenshu Temple, and Daming Temple, are the four famous temples in China. The place where the Tang monk in "Journey to the West" became a monk and the "Water Overflows Jingshan" in "The Legend of the White Snake" are related to it. The gate of Jingshan Temple opens to the west and faces the Yangtze River. The halls and pavilions are built according to the mountain, forming a peculiar style of "Jingshan Temple wrapped in the mountain". The pair of stone lions in front of the gate in the Ming Dynasty, the hanging "Jiangtian Zen Temple" plaque is Kangxi's imperial pen, and the plaque decoration "Nine Dragons Wrapped in Auspicious Clouds" proves that it is a royal temple with a high status in the rivers and lakes. The Daxiong Hall was built in the Ming Dynasty. The yellow glazed tiles on the roof symbolize the nobility and authority of the royal family. The outer wall of the hall is inlaid with six lacquered gold incense mold wood carvings. One of them tells the story of Yue Fei's death in front of Fengboting to find Dao Yue monk to solve the dream.
