Museums across the country should come to Zhangzhou to learn what exhibition design really means

Just the planning of the visitor flow alone is something some museums could learn for years. This is what good exhibition design means, this is what a good museum means. A museum is not just about crudely displaying artifacts or simply competing over who has more or cooler exhibits. - Zhangzhou Museum is truly the only one among the many museums I've visited nationwide that proactively plans the visitor flow for guests. It’s also the only one that genuinely makes good use of digital interactive installations. Although it is indeed niche and during the off-season there are hardly any visitors in the entire museum, every digital interactive installation actually works!! (Those who know, know that in some museums those things are just for show.) Although it doesn’t have any particularly impressive exhibits, it never cuts corners in exhibition design. The text explanations are especially rich, logical, and have depth. - They don’t just slap things together because they think no one will come anyway. I was truly moved by it. Who says a "historical and cultural desert" can’t run a good museum? You can tell at a glance whether they put their heart into it. It really stands in stark contrast to some of the "artifact-rich" museums I’ve been to before.
