🪨 Exploring Huanglong Cave in Zhangjiajie

One of the must-visit attractions during a trip to Zhangjiajie is **Huanglong Cave (黄龙洞)**. Even though I visited in summer, the temperature inside the cave remained around 15°C, making it feel like experiencing a natural air conditioner. As soon as I stepped into the cave, the sweltering heat outside disappeared completely, replaced by a mystical atmosphere that calmed both my body and mind. ❄️ The interior of the cave was truly overwhelming. The stalactites and stalagmites illuminated by soft lighting resembled a fantasy movie set. Especially with the addition of colorful lights, the cave transformed into a dreamlike space. It felt like a harmonious performance created by light and nature. What’s interesting is that each rock formation has a name. Some resemble dragon teeth, while others look like animals, making it feel like scenes from Chinese mythology. It was so much fun to walk around and guess, "What does this one look like?" 🐉 The highlight, of course, was the underground river boat ride! 🚤 Riding a boat deep into the majestic cave was an awe-inspiring experience.
