Jet-setters, ready for a cross-border Black Sea adventure? 🌊 This quick-hit guide covers Batumi, Georgia’s seaside gem, plus a dip into Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina for scenic contrast. Batumi’s sunsets and warm Black Sea breezes? Next level vibes! Top Spots to Visit 1. Batumi Seaside Promenade: Start every morning with a stroll along Batumi Boulevard (runs parallel to the shore). Think palm trees, art sculptures, and endless sea. Sunrise and sunset both slap! 2. Black Sea Beaches: Plant yourself on any of the pebble beaches near Adlia #101 (that’s where the Black Sea‧ Hotel is — super convenient for walks and dips). The water’s bracing but clean, and the public zones are well-kept. 3. Europe Square: Head into town, soak up neoclassical architecture, grab a coffee, and watch the world go by. Tons of good eats nearby. 4. Local Markets: Want lunch on the go? The Batumi Central Market’s got killer local produce — grab some churchkhela (Georgian nut candies) or fresh fruit for a budget bite. Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina: If you’re swapping the waves for Tuscan hills, this little town is pure Italian chill — cobblestone views, local trattorias, almost no tourists. Movement & Must-Dos Batumi is very walkable! Local taxis/rideshares work in a pinch. From the hotel area, you can stroll or catch a ride downtown in 10 minutes.🍑 Food tip: Try local khinkali (dumplings) and a glass of Georgian wine seaside. Weather? Summers are hot but breezy — bring light clothes, but toss in a windbreaker for nights. Key tips: Batumi is a border city. Bring your passport if planning quick hops into Turkey, and keep a little local cash for taxi fare (ATMs are everywhere). Beach towels are usually NOT included at pebble beaches, so pack your own! #BatumiGuide #BlackSeaVibes #GeorgiaTravel #TuscanEscape

On October 14th, I visited Batumi, a seaside city in Georgia nestled along the coast of the Black Sea. Although I only stayed for two days, the trip left a deep impression on me. On the first day, I went to the famous Black Sea beach. The sunlight sparkled on the waves, and the gentle sound of the sea made me feel calm and peaceful. Later, I visited the well-known “Ali and Nino” statue — two metal figures slowly rotating toward each other, telling a touching love story that crosses religion and nationality. In the afternoon, I took a yacht out to sea. The wind brushed against my face as the skyline of Batumi faded into the distance. The sunset painted the sea in shades of gold, and for a moment, it felt like time had stopped — only the waves, the wind, and the glowing horizon remained. In the evening, I enjoyed delicious Turkish food — fragrant grilled meat and freshly baked bread that were absolutely unforgettable. At night, Batumi sparkled with colorful lights, and the lively yet peaceful atmosphere perfectly concluded my short journey. Though my stay was brief, I felt the romance, warmth, and tranquility of Batumi. This city, with its sea breeze and golden sunset, made it hard for me to say goodbye
