Yushan Museum

The Yushan County Museum is a comprehensive museum with a Jiangnan garden-style architectural design that integrates education, exhibitions, collections, and research. Located on the east side of Sanqing Park, it covers an area of 9,218.9 m2, with a total construction area of 7,414.82 m2, a greening rate of 32.5%, and 28 ground parking spaces. The exhibition hall covers an area of nearly 4,500 square meters. The first floor includes permanent exhibition halls featuring "Beautiful Mountains and Rivers" and "Cultural Heritage," a stele exhibition hall, a temporary exhibition hall, and a second classroom for teenagers. The second floor includes permanent exhibition halls featuring "Treasures of Civilization," "Folk Customs," and "Eternal Fame," as well as the "Huang Jiasi Academician Memorial Hall," the "Liu Ziguh Memorial Hall," a calligraphy and painting exhibition hall, and a temporary exhibition hall. The office area has a multi-function hall and storage rooms on the first floor, offices on the second floor, and a conference room on the third floor. The layout is reasonable and the functions are complete. The Yushan County Museum is a new cultural landmark and tourist attraction in Yushan. It is committed to providing a smooth, natural, safe, and comfortable visiting environment for the public to understand the local customs, history, and culture of Yushan. The Yushan County Museum has a rich collection and hosts many exhibitions, receiving hundreds of thousands of Chinese and foreign visitors every year. It is a provincial and municipal science popularization education base, a municipal patriotic education demonstration base, and a calligraphy creation training base. Visiting time is approximately forty minutes.
