Before check-in, the housekeeper asked in advance about the arrival time, and every word was responded to sincerely, no perfunctory replies. When arriving, someone helped carry the luggage and handed over warm water, so there was no need to rush around looking for the front desk. When I wanted to visit Yuhu Village during the stay, I just told the housekeeper, and they quickly helped arrange a car. The afternoon tea every day was substantial, not just some token snacks; before leaving, I left a damp jacket in the room, and the housekeeper noticed and specially helped dry it, reminding us not to forget it. There were no "surprise tricks" throughout, but this effortless, well-cared-for feeling is better than anything else. I want to stay here again next time I come.
