This is Dali, not a foreign country.

Our trip to Dali and Lijiang was incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling. Every part of the journey left a lasting impression. 🌸Upon arriving in Dali, we settled into a cozy guesthouse near the ancient city. Strolling through the ancient city in the evenings was a real treat. Dali's ancient city is steeped in history, and the variety of snacks and handicraft shops was dazzling. 🌸The next day, we headed to Xizhou on the western side of Erhai Lake. We watched a beautiful sunrise from Longkan Wharf, then took a leisurely walk along the shore, soaking in the tranquility of Erhai. Afterward, we explored the charming town of Xizhou, savoring its unique atmosphere. 🌸Next, we traveled to Lijiang, experiencing the unique ancient town ambiance, distinct from Dali. We indulged in an authentic mushroom hot pot and were captivated by Lijiang's cuisine. We also visited Mu's Residence, enriching our understanding of the local history and culture. 🌸Our journey then took us to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Booking tickets in advance is essential. We chose to visit Yunshanping and Blue Moon Valley, and their breathtaking beauty left us mesmerized. Although we only took two of the three cable cars, we made countless unforgettable memories. 🌸Overall, our trip involved expenses for transportation, accommodation, and food, but these costs were well worth the unforgettable experiences and memories we gained. While it was a relatively budget-friendly trip, we received much more than just beautiful scenery and delicious food; we also experienced relaxation and joy. The trip was worthwhile and satisfying. 🌸The photos and videos on my phone allow me to relive the joy and freedom of the trip. This is the magic of travel; it gives us the opportunity to relax, broaden our horizons, and experience different cultures and landscapes. I hope our next trip brings us the same surprise and satisfaction.
