[Oita Prefecture/Yufu City] The nostalgic local electric railway is so emotional!

Yufu City, Oita Prefecture Yufu Station ~ I wanted to enjoy a bit of local fun for once, so I went to Yuhira Station, just 10 minutes from Yufu Station, to enjoy a little train ride. 🚃 The bright red train is retro and cute! I couldn't use my IC card, so I bought a ticket for the first time in a while. 🎫 There are no automatic ticket gates, so be sure to show it to the conductor! There's also a spot where you can see Mt. Yufu from the station, so I recommend arriving a little early and enjoying the view from the platform. Unfortunately, it wasn't open when I went, but there's also a foot bath inside the station!!
