"The Yandang Mountains, the Oujiang River, the beautiful scenery of Nanxi, the poetic Jiangxin Island, Wenzhou, oh Wenzhou, the beauty in my heart." The poetic lyrics vividly depict the beautiful mountains and rivers of Wenzhou, and its ancient and modern charm. I couldn't wait to unveil the mystery of this city. In February, I embarked on a journey to Wenzhou with great anticipation. Check out my travel guide! 🚗 Transportation Guide ✈️ Plane: After arriving at Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, you can take the airport bus to various key stations in the city center. It's economical and convenient. A taxi ride to the city center takes about 30–40 minutes, and is a convenient way to start your trip to Wenzhou. 🚄 High-speed train: Wenzhou South Railway Station has many trains and well-developed transportation facilities. Buses and taxis are easily accessible, and you can easily reach various attractions. Most buses in the city operate from 6:00 to 20:00. You can pay with Alipay or WeChat. Strolling around, you can feel the poetic charm of the island, with ancient poems left by literati, lush trees, and quiet paths. It's like traveling through time and space, feeling the passage of time. 📷 📍 Yandang Mountains: Famous for its strange peaks, rocks, waterfalls, and springs. Lingfeng is dreamlike at night, with changing scenery as you walk. The thrilling Lingyan Feidu is breathtaking. You can book Jiangxin Island tickets online in advance, which include round-trip ferry tickets. There are many attractions on the island, so you can take your time to explore and experience the history and culture. Wuma Street and Shamao River Block have many delicious foods. You can try local snacks like Dengzhan Cake and Dwarf Pine Cake while strolling around. Pay attention to food hygiene. 2. The joint ticket for Yandang Mountains scenic areas is cost-effective. You can plan your itinerary in advance and arrange your visit order reasonably. The temperature in the mountains is low in winter, so keep warm and wear comfortable shoes for hiking. Nanxi River Scenic Area is large, with Shiwaiyan Scenic Area featuring mountains and rivers, Longwan Forest Park with fresh air, and Cangpo Ancient Village with a preserved ancient style.
