With over 2,500 years of history, this town was once a major transportation hub and commercial center in western Yuxian. Exploring the well-preserved buildings in Xigubao and the cultural heritage at Nuanquan Academy was fascinating. The highlight was the Dashuhua Square, where the evening "Dashuhua" performance left me in awe. Despite the cold winter temperatures, wearing a thick coat and scarf kept me warm. Nuanquan Ancient Town's historical charm and cultural richness made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend a visit to this unique and captivating town.
