Nanxi River, a place with mountains, water, food, and fun

At the end of spring and the beginning of summer, our company's colleagues are preparing to organize a 3-day and 2-night team building activity. Opening the map🗺️, considering various factors, we consider driving to the Nanxi River Scenic Area in Yongjia County, Wenzhou. 🚉Travel Tips: From Shanghai to Nanxi River, you can choose to drive🚗 or take the high-speed train🚄. It takes about 5 hours to drive. By high-speed train, you need to go to Wenzhou South Station, then take a taxi🚖, which also takes about 4 and a half hours. If it's for team building, driving is recommended. It's more flexible 🗓Itinerary: A total of 3 days and 2 nights 📍Day 1, depart from Shanghai to Yongjia County. If you arrive at 2 p.m., you can still visit a scenic spot, such as the Baizhang Waterfall or Dayu Rock Scenic Area. If you arrive around 4 p.m., it's recommended to go directly to the hotel or homestay to rest. The homestays around Nanxi River also have nice views. We stayed at Jiangshanli Resort Hotel, which has a Mediterranean style and is in a separate area without disturbance from other villagers... 📍Day 2, Yongjia Academy in the morning, bamboo rafting on Nanxi River in the afternoon, and Lishui Ancient Street. 🌟Yongjia Academy, a 4A scenic spot. Yongjia Academy is actually an outdoor scenic spot with mountains and water, and many people might think it's an academy by its name. Inside the scenic area, there are attractions like a glass water slide, camping area, calligraphy and painting institute, wave bridge, Jinzhu Waterfall, and if you're fit enough, you can go to the Guanjing Platform on the mountain top to have a look. The whole scenic area takes about 2 hours to visit. 🌟Bamboo rafting on Nanxi River. There are three routes for rafting on Nanxi River. We chose the longest route—from Xiaogang Wharf to Shizi Rock, which takes about 45 minutes in total. Visitors should bring their own sun umbrellas, as it can be quite sunny. If you're driving, make sure to note the location, because if you're getting on the raft at Xiaogang Wharf, you'll park🅿️ at Xiaogang Wharf's parking lot. After rafting down at Shizi Rock, you'll need to take a vehicle back to Xiaogang Wharf to get your car. Of course, the scenic spot also provides a return shuttle service, costing 5 yuan per person, or calculated for 4 people if there are less than 4. 🌟Lishui Ancient Street Lishui Street is actually an ancient village. It's recommended to go there after 5:30 p.m. Before 5:30, there's an entrance fee of 15 yuan per person. Walking around, you'll find it's not very big. A 30-minute stroll is enough. 📍Day 3, Longwan Tan National Forest Park, Ling Shang Ren Jia 🌟Longwan Tan National Forest Park, suitable for team building and group activities. The park has attractions like a glass water slide, high-altitude swing, forest slide, bumper boats, shooting, etc. Of course, if you're going to play on the slides, you generally have to climb the mountain, which takes about half an hour. You can take breaks along the way, and near the top at Tianzhu Peak, you can choose the forest slide, which takes you down the mountain in about 5 minutes... The total time for visiting the park is about 2 to 3 hours. 🌟Ling Shang Ren Jia, after playing in Longwan Tan, you can go to Ling Shang Ren Jia for dinner. It's somewhat like a small village, with houses from low to high, mostly restaurants. The roasted whole lamb here is quite famous. We ordered one, and it's worth a try...
