Beidahu Ski Resort in Jilin City, Jilin Province was overcrowded

🚗About transportation: There are two ways from Beijing to Beidahu: airplane and high-speed rail. Fly to Changchun and take high-speed rail to Jilin. There is a direct shuttle bus from Changchun Airport to Beida Lake, which takes about 80 yuan one way and takes about two hours to arrive; you can also charter a bus yourself, which costs 3-400 one way from Changchun Airport to Beida Lake, and about 150 yuan one way from Jilin High-speed Railway Station to Beida Lake. 🏠About accommodation: This time I stayed at Shanhuju. I booked a stay-and-ski package on Ctrip. I stayed in Building 2. There is a courier point in Building 1 next door. If you choose to send ski equipment, you can receive and send it directly here. The downstairs of Building 2 happens to be the place for breakfast. The breakfast buffet tastes average. The shuttle bus to the ski resort in the morning is also downstairs, which is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from Shanhuju to the ski resort. The bus leaves when it is full (you have to wait about ten minutes for each trip). The overall experience of this stay was pretty good, but if you want to stay in front of the door, you still have to get up earlier (we get up at 7 o'clock every day and arrive at the ski resort at 9 o'clock) ❄️About the ski resort: The snow is good but there are few people (actually there are a lot of people but there are many snow trails, so they are divided when going up the mountain). The main ski areas are Qingyun, Lightning, Xiaoyao, Gangliang, Xingguang and Zhuifeng. Qingyun Avenue is an intermediate trail, with a section in the middle that has a steep slope, suitable for practicing small slalom on steep slopes; Lightning is an elementary trail, but the total length is 4km. There is a small rise behind Lightning-4, and you need to slope down from the corner to go up in one go. . Suitable for enjoying the scenery and speeding up. Gangliang and Zhui Feng were in the back mountain, and the sunshine was very good in the afternoon. Gangliang could also turn into a small forest, which gave them more freedom. But during the two days I went there, there were a lot of large ice particles at Gangliang and Zhuifeng, which caused some damage to the board. Other than that, it’s cool! 🍚About eating: There are many snack shops in the ski hall. There are many kinds of food but the taste is average. There is commune upstairs, the taste and environment are very good. The Pacific Ocean in the lobby and the Arabica on the top of the mountain, the beans are surprisingly fresh, 🉑point. In the evening, you can go to the surrounding farmhouses to eat iron pot stew and barbecue. Some restaurants provide free driving. They are all restaurants opened by locals, which are affordable and delicious. Summary: The skiing atmosphere in Beidahu is great. It feels like everyone is here specifically for skiing. They are very excited and happy in such an atmosphere. In addition, the ski trails in Beidahu are generally long and difficult, and the skiers are basically intermediate or above (the novice magic carpet area is not included). So it is not recommended for novices, you will miss 90% of the fun. After conquering most of the intermediate ski trails, I felt particularly accomplished.
