Since Quinoa settled in Dongzhai in 2016, it has quickly become a local specialty crop. At its peak, the planting area reached 10,000 mu, bringing a fiery harvest to Dongzhai. When I arrived in Dongzhai, it was autumn. Under the Qilian Mountains, it was fiery red, the most brilliant scenery, and the most unrestrained harvest.
