[Sarushima] A deserted island that retains the charm of a former Japanese military fortress

It's a 10-minute boat ride from Mikasa Pier, a 15-minute walk from Keikyu Yokosuka Chuo Station! The mysterious uninhabited island of Sarushima can be reached in just over an hour from central Tokyo! Sarushima has become so famous on social media that it's best to visit on weekdays or early in the morning. 🏖️Atmosphere: Remains of military facilities remain everywhere on the island, giving it a somewhat mysterious atmosphere. It seems that you can enter the inside of the remains by joining a paid exploration tour, so be sure to check that out too!
