Handmade soba, Kanda Kappo Soba

#tokyo Soba, being one of the lightly flavoured series of Japanese noodles, is a choice for many if they would like to have something light. This shop called Kanda kappo soba, serves their noodles handmade from the kitchen. It comes with single menu or set menu with tempura, or mini tendon. The noodles are very soft and chewy in texture, and soaked in lightly seasoned soy sauce soup base. Price is a little at the high side (1580 yen) but its worth the price to get a bowl of soba made fresh.
