I went to SUSHI TOKYO TEN, Yokohama NEWoman store! SUSHI TOKYO TEN opened just last year, and it was the first store in Yokohama, so I went there during the weekday lunch hour‼ ️ The reservation course costs 7,000 yen, and 3,500 yen (excluding tax) without a reservation, so there was already a long line by the time it opened at 11:00 💦 Of course, reservations are given priority, so if you want to be sure to get in the first round, it's probably best to line up a little earlier (if you miss the first round, you'll have to line up for about an hour and a half from there 💧) Even at this price, there are high-quality ingredients such as medium fatty tuna, abalone, sea urchin, and salmon roe pickled in Matsumae, so it's definitely a good value for money as a sushi course at the counter! It's Edomae, so it's already seasoned 🍣 Personally, I was a little concerned about the lukewarm rice, but in addition to the photos, there was plum chawanmushi, pickles, mozuku seaweed, soup, and fruit for dessert, so it was very filling.
