Illumination Information: The Lumine Yokohama Area and the Underground Mall Sparkle During the Season • Yorunoyo (Yokohama Illuminations 2024-25) Light displays will be held from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM from November 13, 2024 to February 14, 2025, mainly around Yokohama Station's West Exit Plaza, Minami-Nishiguchi Exit, Shintama River, and Kougawa River. Social media participation and video collaborations are also a hot topic.  • Marinade Underground Mall Christmas Event As a past example, a Christmas event will be held on December 23, 2023. While small in scale, lively events are expected, including limited-time displays in the underground mall's event plaza.  2. New Year's Sale & Lucky Bag Information • JOINUS Underground Mall (JOINUS BAZAR) The New Year's sale, "JOINUS BAZAR," will be held from Thursday, January 2, 2025, to Monday, January 13, 2025 (national holiday). With great deals on a wide range of items, including fashion, miscellaneous goods, and sweets, it's the perfect place to kick off your shopping year.    • New Year's Business Schedule for Each Facility • JOINUS: Closed on January 1st. Regular hours from January 2nd (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM).   • LUMINE Yokohama: Closed on January 1st (only Seijo Ishii on B2 will be open). On January 2nd and 3rd, shopping will be open from 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM, and restaurants will be open from 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM.  • We couldn't find any specific lucky bag or sale information for 2024-25 for the Marinade Underground Mall or other underground malls (Diamond Underground Mall and Yokohama Marinade Underground Mall). However, the Marinade Underground Mall usually hosts Christmas-related events, so we recommend combining your shopping experience with a stroll to enjoy the illuminations. Winter in Yokohama is a season when underground malls and commercial facilities are bathed in bright lights, allowing you to enjoy both shopping and illuminations to your heart's content. First up is Yorunoyo (Yokohama Illumination 2024-25). Yokohama Station's West Exit Plaza, Minami-Nishiguchi Exit, and Shintamagawa River will be transformed into a winter entertainment center with RGB LEDs and projector-generated visuals! (Period: November 13th - February 14th, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM). Social media participation is also a must-see. With the night view still fresh in your mind, why not extend your visit to the Marinade Underground Mall? In the past, a Christmas event was held here on December 23rd, and the warm underground space promises to be a fun time of discovery and encounters. And for New Year's, head to JOINUS BAZAR in the JOINUS underground mall. From January 2nd to January 13th, there will be a plethora of sales on fashion, miscellaneous goods, sweets, and more. You might even find lucky bags, perfect for starting your shopping trip! (Hours: January 2nd - regular hours 10:00-20:00). LUMINE Yokohama will also be open on the 2nd and 3rd. Seijo Ishii on the second basement floor will be open from New Year's Day, making it convenient for shopping to ring in the New Year.
