"Ramen Yamaguchi" in Shinjuku Ward.

Today's lunch ramen goes to "Ramen Yamaguchi" in Shinjuku Ward. It's a very famous restaurant that is made only with chicken stock and water. It seems that a line is required, so I arrived at 11 o'clock with a staggered time. Go inside the store without lining up at all. I ordered Ajitama ramen. First of all, soup. This is quite rich and delicious. Although it is refreshing, it has a firm oil and richness comes later. The noodles are thin noodles straight. This is also delicious with the soup.
