Kafe Water Castle

As I walked into this café, I was taken aback by the beauty of art and creativity demonstrated in the smallest of things, from the light bulbs to glasses to seatings, wall motifs and most of all the 'restroom/toilet'. I was greeted by the owner (wife of the artist) who was extremely sweet and courteous. The café is nothing less than a museum of art and mesmerizing photographs that take you back in time to the streets of Yogyakarta and bird market. A must try is the 'sultan pink tea' which is a speciality. A perfect place to take a break from the city tour and recharge yourself. Compliments to the talented owner.
