[Indonesia] If you’re shopping in Jogja, head to Malioboro Street!

Midway through my life in Indonesia, I went to the famous Malioboro Street in Jogja to buy clothes! The main street is lined endlessly with clothing stores and souvenir shops. There seemed to be fewer food items. It felt like many of the shops cater more to tourists than locals, but with some bargaining, you can get cute patterned clothes for a low price (300-1000 yen)! As you walk down the main street, there’s a stage where people gather. When I checked it out, a traditional play called "Wayang Kulit" was being performed. With live gamelan music, it was very powerful, so if you visit Malioboro Street, be sure to stop by! #Indonesia #IndonesiaTravel
