Traveling in the Candi Prambanan was really an experience as it gave me a treasured expereince of visiting a UNESCO world heritage site that feature Indonesian. Hindus culture and architecture. Definitely a must see in Yogyakarta. The location of this temple is approximately 30 minutes from the city center. Entrance fee is US$ 18 for adult foreigner. Half for foreign student showing their student card. Local tourist is much cheaper. The site is particularly impressive during the full moon time, seen from the other site. The site where we watch the Ramayana ballet. With special lighting, the Candis is beautifully back dropping the dance, through out.
