Taste of the World with Viavia Jogja

My lunch at Viavia Jogja Restaurant was a nice experience! The place was clean, had a really chill vibe with comfortable seating and fun decorations. My wife tried the chicken laksa (IDR 80k) and it was unique! It was different from the ones we have back home in Singapore, kinda leaning more towards a Mee Soto and Laksa hybrid. The noodles were like the instant noodles kind, and the soup base was full-bodied, somewhat leaning towards a curry texture. For myself, I had the Soto betawi (IDR 60K) and it was delicious! The beef was tender, and the main highlight was definitely the flavourful broth. The prices are generally in the higher side compared to other places in Yogyakarta, but you do get a nice ambience and a good variety of cuisines.
