I just got back from Yinchuan and have some practical advice about hotels.

There are 3️⃣ main areas to stay in Yinchuan: ☑️Xingqing District in the old town ☑️Jinfeng District in the new town ☑️Xixia District in the university town - If you're not too fussy about hotels and want to experience the old town of Yinchuan, 📍Xingqing District is a good choice. This area is home to many cultural relics. Staying near the Drum Tower on Jiefang Street is OK. Many attractions can be visited on foot. If you're driving, be aware that there are many one-way streets in this area. 👉🏻Recommended: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 - If you're looking for a good deal, 📍Xixia District near Huaiyuan Night Market is a good choice. It's in the university town, so prices are generally lower. However, the accommodation is generally apartment-style hotels, and it takes a bit longer to get to the main city. 👉🏻Recommended: 🌟🌟🌟 - If you're looking for a high-quality hotel or a particular brand, 📍Jinfeng District is the place to be! This is the CBD of Yinchuan, and there are many international five-star hotels here. There are also popular shopping malls, wetland parks, and other leisure facilities, making it very convenient. 👉🏻Recommended: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - Jinfeng District can be roughly divided into: ☑️The area around the municipal government and the Ningxia Museum. There's more traffic during peak hours, but there are many international five-star hotels, such as JW Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, and Kempinski. The hotels are newer, but they're also more expensive. . ☑️The area around the train station. The hotels here are more affordable, and Orange Crystal and Vienna are pretty good. However, traffic is heavy in this area and the environment isn't as good. It's especially hard to get a taxi. I think it's more suitable for tourists who need to take the train the next day. . ☑️The Yuehai Business District. This area is closer to Lanshan Park and the Green Expo Garden and is relatively quieter. It's perfect for people like me who don't like noise. The most important thing is that the international five-star hotels here are more cost-effective, like Sheraton, which is a great choice. - I stayed at the 🏨Sheraton for two nights in Yinchuan. The European castle-style exterior and interior decor are really photogenic! . The hotel is also conveniently located, close to the Green Expo Garden, Lanshan Park, and many mosques, temples, and museums. We chartered a car to go to Wuhu Crossing the next day. It was very convenient for the driver to leave the city, and we were able to avoid the congested areas during the evening rush hour. . The executive floor room I stayed in was quite spacious. The bedding and soundproofing were good. I really liked their oak-scented toiletries. They smelled great. . Guests on the executive floor can enjoy free afternoon tea and light meals in the executive lounge. The hotel also has 2️⃣ restaurants with different styles and a very photogenic lobby bar. I highly recommend their Chinese restaurant. It was unexpectedly delicious.
