The breakfast at the hotel near the scenic spots in Yinchuan is excellent

I traveled to Yinchuan and stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Although it is called Kempinski Hotel, it is actually a five-star hotel. The location is quite good, not far from the train station. The Ningxia Museum, Library, and Phoenix Park are nearby, and it is also not far from the famous Lanshan Park and Huaiyuan Sightseeing Night Market, about a 20-minute drive. The hotel lobby is quite grand, clean, and bright. The huge spiral crystal chandelier is very elegant. The room is very clean, and the soundproofing is also good. Apart from the refrigerator and the square ceiling above the bed, which I am not very satisfied with, everything else is fine. The refrigerator's temperature is at room temperature, similar to the indoor temperature, so it is not cool enough to store a face mask. You have to ask the front desk staff to help store it in a normal refrigerator. The square ceiling above the bed feels a bit oppressive. I am not sure if other rooms are like this. Also, it would be better if the sofa in the room was a bit longer. I have to say the hotel's breakfast is really great. There are many varieties, everything you could want, with a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. There is also a local specialty of freshly made beef noodles. Surprisingly, there is a piece of fresh honey in the bread section that you can cut yourself to pair with the bread. There is also spicy hot pot with many fresh vegetables and meatballs to choose from. The breakfast is very rich, and the environment is also good. You can even sit in the courtyard to enjoy your breakfast, which makes for a very pleasant experience.
