Yilan [Braised] Hometown ¶¶ Jiaoxi Local Food # Ice Brewed Braised Food ¥¥

Arriving in Jiaoxi, Yilan, my stomach growled after buying local specialties. I saw this #宜兰卤之乡 located on Section 5, Jiaoxi Road and was attracted by the dishes. We ordered 2 bowls of braised pork rice, 1 bowl of duck leg soup and some braised food (including duck intestines, duck gizzards and duck eggs). It also came with sauerkraut and spicy kimchi. It’s really no exaggeration. This is the first time I’ve eaten such delicious cold braised food, especially the crow intestines, which were braised to perfection and crispy, making me want to take it out~~ They used #樱桃鸭 and #红面豆鸭, and used ultra-low temperature rapid freezing to make #冰啤酒卤味, which retains the original juice, original flavor and freshness, and is made of real ingredients.
