Stepping into the Dongshan River Eco-Green Farm feels like walking into a vivid watercolor painting. Expansive green rice fields intertwine with winding rivers, creating a dreamy landscape. The farm seamlessly integrates wetland ecology with local agricultural culture, making it an ideal destination for family outings and a favorite spot for photography enthusiasts to capture reflections during dawn and dusk. Here, I experienced making handmade rice crackers and joined an ecological tour. My favorite moment was the close encounter with water buffaloes, which was both novel and filled with childlike wonder. Strolling along the wooden boardwalk, I was surrounded by the chirping of insects and birds, with the faint aroma of rice in the air—a rare and soothing escape from urban life.
