Yichang Shahe Park is located 10 meters north of the Hubei West Headquarters Economic Park in Xiling District. By constructing sponge facilities such as sunken green spaces, ecological grass ditches, and ecological pebble drainage ditches, the rainwater storage capacity was increased by 15,000 cubic meters, and the annual runoff control rate reached 83.2%.
