At the Foot of Huangshan Mountain, Encounter Healing Moments at Banyan Tree After completing a two-day climbing journey on Huangshan Mountain, I arrived at Banyan Tree Huangshan, seeking a tranquil sanctuary. Though it's a 1.5-hour drive from Huangshan Scenic Area, this serenity away from the hustle and bustle became the most precious gift of my journey. Standing on the hotel's viewing platform, the white walls and dark tiles of Lucun village create a picturesque contrast with the surrounding mountains. Even in early December, when trees have shed some of their lushness, the vibrant autumn colors still adorn the landscape, captivating the heart. The upgraded villa suite is spacious and bright; opening the balcony door allows you to capture romantic sunsets. The wooden bathtub filled with hot water washes away all fatigue, leaving only comfort flowing through you. The service here is filled with warmth. Daily refreshed fruit, cookies, aromatherapy, and tea leaves make you feel especially cared for. At the hotel, I also discovered the local specialty, Yi County graphite tea, with its lingering fragrance that refreshes the spirit. The Moonlight Restaurant offers a rich variety of breakfast buffet items, while the White Cloud Restaurant serves authentic Huizhou cuisine. Although the unique flavors of fermented tofu and stinky mandarin fish didn't win over my taste buds, the other dishes were more than satisfying. Facilities including fitness center, swimming pool, and pet playground are all available, while sunset ceremonies and Trip Moments services add extra enjoyment. The hotel grounds are quite extensive, but golf carts are always on standby, making it very convenient to get around. Lucun village is just steps away, Hongcun village only a 10-minute drive, and other attractions like Tachuan and Xidi are also within exploring distance. At Banyan Tree Huangshan, there are no rushed itineraries, only leisurely moments. Though not inexpensive as a luxury brand hotel, the comfortable accommodation, attentive service, and stunning scenery make this indulgence worthwhile. Here, I truly experienced the meaning of vacation, allowing my body and mind to completely relax and heal.
