Shuipugou

Shuipugou Scenic Area is located in Niwapu Town, Yixian County, Baoding, about 110 km from Baoding City, about 2 hours by car. The scenic area has rivers, streams, and waterfalls. The river is like a jade belt, the spring water is clear as jade, the stream has the sound of bells, and the waterfall has the appearance of flying. The scenic area is full of trees, vines, and green mountains. Along the stream, the canyon is deep and winding, and a waterfall rushes down the mountain stream, with water splashing and misting, like a spring drizzle, as described by the Ming Dynasty traveler Xu Xiake: "The waterfall is long like a cloth, turning like a tilt, and evenly forming a curtain."
