I made a reservation in advance and visited after purchasing a one-day experience ticket. It included a one-day experience ticket and a climbing rental. I've never been a beginner, but the instructor told me on a rock course that can be explained by a simple theory + beginner, so I was able to succeed in climbing myself without exercise. Climbing is said to be a full-body exercise, and it's really hard. It was a day when I could see a little bit of why people were enthusiastic about climbing.
