In a small courtyard in Yantai Ancient City, I didn’t want to leave

🍁 This is not my first time in Yantai, but it’s the first time I discovered that in the heart of Yantai Ancient City, surrounded by Qing Dynasty residences and ancient buildings, there is such a serene little courtyard—Shengyuan. 🌊 When the sea breeze of Yantai blows into Shengyuan, I was brewing tea in the pavilion in the courtyard. At that moment, I suddenly understood what it means to "live life like poetry." 🌸 The guesthouse is hidden in a quiet corner of Yantai. Opening the courtyard door, you see a path paved with bluestone slabs, with flowers tended by the owner on both sides. Old vines climb the walls in the corner. Looking up, there’s the blue sky ☁️, and the only sound is the quiet wind. The air carries a faint scent of the sea. All the usual worries just vanish. The environment is so comfortable that you can’t help but take a deep breath~ 🏠 The house is well-equipped. The owner is very enthusiastic and will try to meet any requests. Living here really feels like coming home. 🍜 There are many delicious foods nearby. Wanda Plaza is right next door. If you want to try Yantai specialties, just step out to the old street in the Ancient City, with its quaint Qing Dynasty residences. 🌸 Places to visit: ❶ Zhifu Bay Square You can watch the sea here; it’s a large seaside square. ❷ Chaoyang Street Great for strolling and snacking at night, like a night market. ❸ 1920 Hongkou Historical and Cultural District + Binhai Square 💃🏻 A very distinctive artistic gathering place with many vintage shops. The seaside is beautiful, and you can see Zhifu Island. Next time I come to Yantai, I want to stay here again❗️ It’s close to Yantai Station and convenient for visiting attractions.
