Qin Garden, a 20-year-old restaurant with a great reputation, was a highlight of my trip. The dishes I tried at the restaurant were unforgettable! The Squirrel Fish, with its golden color, was a feast for the eyes. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a sweet and sour sauce that perfectly complemented each bite. The taste was like a fireworks display on my taste buds. The Braised Shredded Tofu was also amazing! The tofu was delicate and soft, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The dish was a symphony of flavors, with shredded meat, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and greens all coming together in perfect harmony. The Crab Roe Soup Dumplings were a true delicacy! The thin skin burst open to reveal a rich and flavorful broth, with the crab roe and pork combining to create a delicious taste. The dumplings were a hidden treasure, with the flavor of an entire crab packed inside. The restaurant's elegant and cozy atmosphere, along with the attentive and friendly service, made for a wonderful dining experience.
