It is a temple located in Naksan (Obongsan) where Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is said to reside. There is a huge statue of Avalokitesvara from the sea, and it is within 20-30 minutes by car when you travel to Sokcho or Yangyang, so it is a good place to stop by. There are several temples where you can pay your respects, and rice and candles are 10,000 won and lanterns are 150,000 won. There is also a space in front of the statue of Avalokitesvara from the sea, so many people were paying their respects.
