While preserving industrial relics like the weathered trusses, towering chimneys, and rusty cranes, it incorporates exquisite modern design, full of the charm of time’s accumulation. The trusses on both sides act like natural viewfinders, making photos stunning. Especially at sunset, the golden glow reflects on the water, sparkling beautifully and breathtakingly. I booked a floating breakfast in advance, enjoying delicious food amidst the mountains and rivers—truly delightful. 🛏️ The rooms are spacious and comfortable, decorated simply yet stylishly. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities are high-end. My room had a large terrace where I sipped tea and admired the view, feeling the gentle breeze—so comfortable. 🍽️ The hotel restaurant offers various local specialties like beer fish and stuffed snails, with authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and careful cooking. You must try the sugarcane mojito at the 1969 Bar—refreshing and delicious, leaving a lasting impression. 🎡 Besides the beautiful scenery and food, the hotel offers many activities. In the early morning, I joined an invigorating Tai Chi session, stretching my body and mind among the mountains and rivers to start a vibrant day; I also experienced a traditional handmade sugar-making activity, learning about the craft and taking home the sugar I made as a souvenir. At night, I enjoyed the romantic Li River fireworks show and the intangible cultural heritage cormorant fishing performance—truly stunning. 💁‍♀️ The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone made me feel very welcomed.
