[Yamaguchi Trip] A Japanese-style pub

I happened to come across this restaurant when I went on a trip to Yuda Onsen in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is a Japanese-style izakaya that serves seasonal ingredients, including fresh fish from Yamaguchi Prefecture, but rather than an izakaya, the interior and food are more like a traditional Japanese restaurant. They have a wide variety of dishes, and since they all looked delicious, I couldn't decide, so I thought I would order a course meal, but I was told that courses require reservations in advance.
